The smaller the temperature gradient, the wider the solidification zone. (large internal and external temperature difference, fast cooling, narrow solidification zone).

2. The service temperature of high alumina castable is 1400 ~ 1550 ℃, which can be used as the lining and burner of various heat treatment furnaces, the lining of electric furnace tapping tank, high temperature section of lime shaft kiln, kiln head of rotary kiln, power plant boiler, etc

3. The service temperature of corundum castable is 1500 ~ 1650 ℃. It is mainly used as the lining of high-temperature components of various high-temperature furnaces, such as the outer lining of immersion tube of molten steel vacuum degassing device, the lining of spray metallurgy and argon blowing integral spray gun, the lining of electric furnace top, LF furnace cover, and the high-temperature wear-resistant lining of catalytic cracking reactor in petrochemical industry

4. The Low Cement Castables are mainly used as thin linings and linings of high-temperature refractory components with metal anchors, such as the outer linings of water-cooled tubes of heating furnaces, the linings of integral spray guns for jet metallurgy, and the linings of immersion tubes of RH and DH vacuum degassing devices

The same kind of clay castables, high alumina castables, corundum castables, Low Cement Castables, etc. also have different use temperatures and uses due to different aluminum content and density.
