There are two kinds of casting processes for marine castings. Large parts, such as propellers, are usually several tons or even more; Small parts, if they are impellers, are generally several tens of kilograms;

For large parts, especially the propeller, it must be all sand mold gravity casting. The sand mold material should generally be phenolic resin sand (not completely determined), and the smelting is generally medium frequency furnace + electric arc furnace. This needs to be selected according to the brand!

For small parts, sand mold gravity casting can be used for those with low requirements, and low-pressure casting or vacuum suction casting can be used for those with high requirements!
