Dalian marine valves are used to control the pressure, flow and flow policy of the fluid in the ship pipeline to meet the premise of the ship environment. After the founding of the people's Republic of China, China's marine valve technology has achieved rapid growth. The height limit pressure of the valve is 25MPa and the diameter is 900mm. Valve materials include cast iron, carbon steel, alloy steel, copper alloy, aluminum alloy, titanium alloy, stainless steel, and non-metal. The applicable media are mainly fresh water, sea water, air, steam, fuel oil, lubricating oil, etc.
Since the 1970s, ball valves and butterfly valves, which have the advantages of light weight, small size, good sealing function and quick opening and closing, have been gradually operated on ships, and will replace stop valves and gate valves more and more, so as to improve the functions of ships.
Remote control valves such as electric gate valve, electric stop valve, electric sea valve, electro-hydraulic ball valve, electro-hydraulic butterfly valve and pneumatic butterfly valve have also been gradually adopted by the ship system of the Department, and the remote control system of the hydraulic valve has been operated early, which has improved the modernization level of the ship.
Special valves required by various systems of the ship, such as high-pressure butterfly valve, pilot type full open Enron valve, sea water solenoid valve, high-pressure electro-hydraulic ball valve, variable hydraulic gate valve, special pressure reducing valve, temperature regulating valve, high-pressure air solenoid valve, large displacement drain valve and general butterfly valve, can also be developed and supplied to the ship for operation.
