Before installation, the valve chamber and sealing surface should be cleaned first, and there should be no dirt or debris attached; At the same time, remove welding slag and other debris from the pipeline.

The butterfly plate must be in the closed position during installation to ensure that it does not collide with pipeline flanges, etc.

Both ends of the valve seat protrude from the valve body end face as flange sealing gaskets, and there is no need to add additional sealing gaskets during butterfly valve installation

Butterfly valves can be installed in any position (vertical, horizontal, or inclined), and for heavy operating mechanisms, attention should be paid to setting up support brackets.

During transportation and storage, it is necessary to ensure that the butterfly valve does not collide, otherwise it may cause a decrease in the sealing performance of the butterfly valve. The butterfly plate should not collide with hard objects and should be opened at an open position of 4 ° -5 ° to ensure that the sealing surface is not damaged during this period.

Confirm that the flange welding is correct. After the butterfly valve is installed, it is not allowed to weld the flange to avoid scalding the rubber parts and anti-corrosion coating.

During use, the air source should be kept dry and clean to prevent foreign objects from entering the pneumatic actuator and affecting its normal operation.

Butterfly valves, unless otherwise specified in the purchase contract, are only allowed to be installed vertically for indoor use.

If the butterfly valve encounters abnormal opening and closing, the cause should be identified and the fault should be eliminated. Methods such as knocking, smashing, prying, and extending the lever extension arm should not be used to forcibly open and close.

Butterfly valves should be kept dry during their storage period and should not be stored outdoors. Harmful substances are not allowed to corrode the surrounding area.
